[Gta04-owner] 3.3V -> 24V voltage converter needed (OT)

OK, a bit off topic but I hope to get quick results on this list:

I have the beagle bone black here, which is basically the same source as 
the GTA04 and want to switch some of the GPIO output lines to control a 
24 volt sinks.
I assume that there are some pre-build PCBs which are doing right that but 
I'm too stupid/lazy to find them.

Any hint to a German reseller (might be conrad or whatever) would be nice.
