Yes, after a while I did find that, but got a note that I should restart a download after 10 minutes. In the meantime I have to click away some scareware or download adware...

So I don't see a reason why we should use such a service :) There are many alternatives, e.g. sourceforge, github etc. Or even the gta04.org server.

Sorry for trouble with turbobit service. However I does not has place to put such file.
For AoF Mr. Serdar Dere sponsored me with files host service.
At moment I does not see any sense to create new project at sourceforge or github to put
 only once used file.
I will be grateful if you show to me where I could put this file.
