[Gta04-owner] New stable "Production" image (Debian/LXDE and 3.7 kernel) for NAND flash

At this point I was unable to connect using usb-networking. My gta04 did 
not show up as an usb-device. But this is probably just my problem as I 
am using a strange setup right now (Debian wheezy in a Virtualbox on 
Windows XP).

So I used the root LXDE terminal (the touchscreen worked).

> ./flash-nand

After starting LXTerminal the working directory is /, so I had to type

/root/flash-nand

Everything else worked as expected.

PS: It might be of interest that when I booted a second time to NAND 
(after flashing it with the above command) I was able to access the 
device using usb networking.
