[Gta04-owner] Issue 464: "Reboot" fails

Hi Neil,
I have traced the issue down to a call to

	r = clk_set_rate(mpurate_ck, mpurate);

with mpurate=800000000l on line 613 in function omap2_clk_switch_mpurate_at_boot() of arch/arm/mach-omap2/clock.c 

So it is again the conflict between mpurate and automatic clock setting...

This call succeeds on a cold boot but hangs on a warm boot (reboot).

And that explains why you did not see this issue (because you force the cmdline while I extend the one from u-boot and there is a mpurate=xxx notification).
