[Gta04-owner] We need an Android kernel

There is well working 3.4 kernel for GTA04. I was using it for QtMoko for long 
time:

IIRC everything works there same as with 3.7 kernel. Maybe adding android 
stuff on top of it could work...

I wish i had kernel that is not draining my battery and with stable non-
reenumerating modem. IMO we should focus on this even before porting 
replicant.
