I'll definitely write a wiki page on the Replicant wiki on how to build
Replicant 4.0 for gta04.

I'll do that over the next few days. Sorry for the inconvenience, you're
totally right, this should be fixed directly on our repos. I just didn't
think anyone was going to try building for gta04 at this point (we are
still in very early stages since we don't have a fully working kernel).
