[Gta04-owner] suspend with QTMOKO or SHR

hi,

playing around with an SHR kernel and debian/sid i am still unable to  
suspend.
the only way seems to be

apm -s

anyway (or a dbus call with a similar effet in e17)
but the best i get is a dark screen with an still glowing PWR led, waking  
up at the slightest touch on the screen -- or a short flickering returning  
without suspending at all.
there's absolutely nothing in any log except a generic apm message.

how do QTMOKO or SHR manage suspend?
