[Gta04-owner] New Replicant 4.0 image

Hi,
there is a new SD card image (using the 3.12 kernel) which already works quite well:

Some issues are known:
* there is a problem wih suspend/wakeup if you press the power button too often or while it is just waking up
* there is no modem control integrated yet

But adb, sound, charging appears to work. And we have fixed FDroid and other tools (which were crashing on boot).
