[Gta04-owner] GTA04-Kernel updated to 3.11-rc4

I just merged the rc4 updates [1].

Other important changes in the last days:
* fixed ov9655 (camera) driver and board file
* fixed continuos memory allocation
* fixed panel selection for GTA04b2/GTA04b3 (Letux 3704 and Letux 7004)
* added touch screen pre-calibration in the tsc driver to make it useable for Android
* fixed a problem with mpurate

Please test and report bugs and suggest enhancements: [2]

And patches solving such issues are also very welcome :)
