I think the first parameter has this encoding:
0 GSM only
1 UMTS only
2 GSM has priority if both are available
3 UMTS has priority if both are available
the second parameter:
0 circuit switched only (i.e. GSM 9600)
1 packet switched only (i.e. GPRS/UMTS)
2 circuit or packet switched
3 no preference (whatever this means compared to ,2)
This would indicate that AT_OPSYS=3,3 would be the best choice.
Using AT_OPSYS=3,0 could make the UMTS connection fail (there
is no UMTS circuit switched mode), but I have not tried.
