How long did you wait?
Test #38 (GTM601-Wakeup ok # check for 3G Wakeup through AT_ORESET)
sometimes takes quite long (at least for me).

There really seems to be a problem with your WLAN. The driver seems to
be loaded ok but the output of iwconfig does not show any device named
"wlan" (this ist what #45 does).
This is the output of my gta04:
45 W2CBW003-WLAN-IF ok wlan0 # find the interface
46 W2CBW003-WLAN-IFUP ok # check if ifup works
47 W2CBW003-WLAN-MAC ok 00:19:88:23:f7:eb # read MAC address
48 W2CBW003-WLAN-Scan ok 00:0A:B8:1C:63:10 # scan for WLAN Base station
49 W2CBW003-WLAN-IFDOWN ok # disable WLAN
50 TVout-off ok # switching back to LCD
51 Tests-End nok Tue Apr 9 07:35:15 UTC 2013 # Summary of all tests

[...]
But on the other hand the hw-test script is not fully adapted to the new
HW-Validation version so it's output might not be accurate.
E.g. "Tests-Rootfs" greps for 'root=/dev/mtdblock' in /proc/cmdline to
find out if it is booted from NAND or not. But the the new rootfs is
'root=ubi0:gta04-rootfs' if booted from NAND.
Greetings
