For GPS, 'rfkill unblock gps', then just run gpsd and point it at
/dev/ttyO1.
For wlan and bt I'm less sure, but I think it's pretty standard stuff
(e.g. wpa_supplicant + wicd for wlan, BlueZ for bt) plus an rfkill
to power on the device.
