Yes, I did; I switched it from stable to testing ages ago and have been
incrementally updating ever since.  (Because I wanted some things that
are not yet in stable.)

But now I see the problem with doing that!

Well, I do have some Debian rootfs backups that I could try to revert
to, but I've decided instead to try working with QtMoko for a while - so
that's the solution to my problem for now.
