I don't like more seconds too. Key press shouldnt be hard to implement...

Maybe simple gta04-init.conf on the FAT. It could be even used and writable by 
distros so that you can have "Reboot to NAND" option.

I need a small break and then i will do it, if someone wont be faster then me 
;-)

That was meant as for SD card boot. For NAND it always uses ubifs. I dont 
think there is any sane filesystem for flash except ubifs now.
