LTC3105 could be such a thing. The LTC3108 could work too. Both need
some additional components to get a working battery charger. I do not
have a lot of experience with these chips, therefore I can't tell you
whats the best solution.

Other manufacturers also have such chips. "Energy harvesting" could be
a good search term.
