Not, if you want to simply plug it in. Unless you use the composite video
TV out on the headset jack. This has either PAL or NTSC resolution
(approx. 500x700 pixels). Rene had shown this at FOSDEM (anyone
who did take a photo?).

If you want to design your own device (or adapter board) around a
bigger display it is possible through the GTA04 custom variant:

there you can find a blueprint for schematics and a PCB layout (2 layers, 6 mil
are sufficient).
