[Gta04-owner] Bootchart graphs for SHR supported devices

If there is someone interested in boot speed comparison, there are
bootchart graphs from some of SHR supported devices:

e.g. Xserver running in cca:
gta02:     25.5s
gta04:     19.5s
nokia900:  21.0s
qemux86-64: 8.0s

I'll try to replace udevd with devtmpfs again (we're using it again
since switch to systemd), but probably the difference won't be so big as
it was without systemd. See last 2 charts in:
