I don't know if anyone has tried to integrate the driver into any 3.x kernel.

The 2.6.32 kernel has a driver that partially works. I have added
* board file(s)
* initialization
* reworked the I2C code
* added more register setting parameters so that the HSYNC and VSYNC frequencies are ok

But unfortunately there is no image arriving. Either green or black/white noise.
This may be a bug in the other drivers which may not program the CAM interface
correctly (although this was copied from the BeagleBoard XM kernels where the
camera module works).

Or the camera parameter settings are still not optimal and e.g. the gain is wrong
or the AGC is driving in the wrong direction.
