[Gta04-owner] Building QtMoko v45

Hello Radek and Neil,

meanwhile I made some further trials in order to get QtMoko v45 build by 
myself and in the end had a successfull pass of "configure" and "make". 
The trick that is included in your updated README in order to achieve this 
seems to be doing "apt-get build-dep libqt4-dev" _before_ installing the 
emdebian toolchain, now. I guess this because this caused complaints about 
unresolved references, that I didn't had in previous trials. After having 
set up the new Debian Wheezy system with the DVD, I had to do an "apt-get 
update" first, then the "apt-get build-dep libqt4-dev" succeeded again. 
That means the "apt-get update" after modifying "/etc/apt/sources.list" is 
the _second_ one we have to do, in order to get the right mixture of 
Wheezy and Squeeze!

But unfortunately this still didn't solve all problems, because now "make 
install" fails. Please see my new README, attached to this mail.

And in advance I already wonder what the 
"../qtmoko/devices/neo/scripts/update_qtmoko" should do, because I would 
expect something like taring some paths together in order to get the 
rootfs, that is to be written on the SD card, later.
