Someone with an already working RepRap around?

Even moulding of aluminium might become possible this way!

We could mould a stabilization skeleton into our case which also serves as an antenna as well.
Or do we make it Apple-style in respect to the antenna?
Using a layer of blank sheet and put holes into it, until the frequency fits? ^^
