Imagine some 25 euro's for one way sending, and 10 euro for replacing the
board, then the swap already costs 60 euro. That's more than early birds save
by getting in the line early. Wait... you won't be getting back your own
Freerunner in this scheme of course, so it'd be 25 for receiving the Phoenux
(+leftovers of the Freerunner: low power web sever/home automation board) and
25 for sending your own.
It involves quite some logistics in any case. I see I'm not really part of the
solution yet ;-) I am sure enough of my skills to offer to swap devices near
the middle of the Netherlands. If someone is interested, please contact me off
list (or maybe we'd make a page on the wiki with swap spaces?).
