I have no idea how good they are, but here is the GIT tree:

Actually writing an oFono based dialer is dirt simple. oFono takes care
of everything for you. It is truly a high-level API and not a D-Bus copy
of the 3GPP 27.007 AT commands.

The Cybercom guys used ofono-qt for a demo and according to them, it
took only 5 days to complete:
