I have put everything into a "makesd" snapshot, to simplify creation of
a bootable microSD card:

Please load the makesd, adapt to your host with SD card reader and
just run. It should create the partitions, format the FAT & EXT3 and
wget all files (QtMoko.tar.gz is a local copy).
