For VAUX4 to be turned off, the wifi interface must be down (ifconfig wlan0
down) and /dev/ttyO0 must be closed (killall hciattach).
This should all happen transparently on suspend (e.g. the suspend handler for
the serial port lowers the virtual DTR which turns off the regulator), so you
shouldn't actually need the above commands.
How do you measure that VAUX4 remains on?
