[Gta04-owner] Default cpufreq governor, 1Ghz on A4?

i am just trying the new 3.5 kernel. I have noticed that it's still very slow. 
After looking at the config i noticed that we have

CONFIG_CPU_FREQ_DEFAULT_GOV_POWERSAVE=y

The docs say:

	This cpufreq governor sets the frequency statically to the lowest 			
	available CPU frequency.

After setting:

CONFIG_CPU_FREQ_DEFAULT_GOV_ONDEMAND=y

the phone is perfectly fast. Does it make sence to make it default in config?

Btw is it possible to enable 1Gz for A4 model?
