You that helps, but with 115200 the bluetooth will be quite unusable anyways. 
Btw you can do this permanently with:

	echo "-s 115200 /dev/ttyO0 any 115200 flow" > /etc/bluetooth/uart

but increasing the speed to 3000000 is probably better idea if you want to use 
bluetooth for something meaningful (or if you dont want to rewrite the uart 
file with each release).
