thanks to the support from John, we now have a kernel that
compiles, boots and shows 4 sound cards on the GTA04:

bb-debian:~# aplay -l
**** List of PLAYBACK Hardware Devices ****
card 0: gta04 [gta04], device 0: TWL4030 twl4030-0 []
  Subdevices: 1/1
  Subdevice #0: subdevice #0
card 1: gta04voice [gta04-voice], device 0: GTM601 GTM601-0 []
  Subdevices: 1/1
  Subdevice #0: subdevice #0
card 2: gta04headset [gta04-headset], device 0: W2CBW003 W2CBW003-0 []
  Subdevices: 1/1
  Subdevice #0: subdevice #0
card 3: gta04fm [gta04-fm], device 0: Si47xx Si47xx-0 []
  Subdevices: 1/1
  Subdevice #0: subdevice #0

I will now add the missing pieces and bits so that the McBSP
interface gets the correct clock and format settings.

It appears that the first real phone call (with voice) of a GTA04
board isn't far away in the future. Dialling through some ATD
is already tested and works.
