[Gta04-owner] gta04 specific irc channel?

If possible, that would be fine IMHO  to migrate the mailing list
contributions in the forum and keep the mailing list for events. My
experience is that a forum is far more efficient for technical
discussions by organizing information by topics and sub-topics. It
enables everyone to find information of concern easier, and avoid big
amount of emails to everyone in the list.

I think that with the next batch, we will be far more owners of GTA-04
and the mailing list will be saturated.

But this is just my opinion of course.
