[Gta04-owner] 3D-Printed Cases

If anyone gets a printed case design together, I would love to give it a 
shot on either the makerbot cupcake or the reprap mendel I have here. 
Can't guarantee usability or even that I'll get to it, but I've been keen 
to tweak case designs since before I got my freerunner.

That, and I want to work out a fully-ruggedized version with an extended 
battery. It's terribly nice to not worry about water, drops (which is 
already there to some extent in the stock case), etc. with your 
computational devices, and I want using it in a kayak to be easier.
