Yes but maybe exactly because this fact I don't wanna activate
and use WiFi at all because I can't trust the device.

Putting it outside my control means that the device works
with possibly compromised applications outside my control
which makes the whole device compromised, theorethically.

In this sense FSF in fact doesn't seem to have ANY clue
about whats going on within these deep layers.

Their proposed "solution" is just crap.
