Hi,
i am now playing with it. I have ammeter between battery and one of the power 
pins on the phone. Unfurtunately my ammeter has 2 ranges - 200mA which is not 
enough to keep the phone on and 10A which has bad resolution.

However i have measured 0.07 on the 10A range which is ~70mA in suspend.

If i turn the phone off i get between 0.01 and 0.00.

I will try to measure now on 200mA with some tricks. Let me know if i can do 
some more measurements for you.
