[Gta04-owner] 3.2-rc7-gta04 - sound really works now

Greetings,

 git://neil.brown.name/gta04#merge

is now based on 3.2-rc7.

If you start in a reasonably recent linux git tree and:

  git fetch git://neil.brown.name/gta04 merge
  git checkout FETCH_HEAD
  export ARCH=arm
  make gta04a3_defconfig
  make

(with PATH and CROSS_COMPILE set properly) you should get a working kernel.
Alternately
  make gta04a3_nodebug_defconfig
will produce the same but with much less debugging compiled in so that
you can test performance more realistically.

Most interesting improvement over previous releases is that sound now works.
In particular /root/sound-demo on the golden delicious root filesystem
successfully demonstrates the sound.
Sound devices exist for the modem and bluetooth but I haven't tested them yet.

I've also added power-off 'scripts' for the twl4030 but they don't seem to
make any difference.

I've fixed some bugs in the LED driver so that should work reliably.

Reboot doesn't seem to be very reliable any more - I think that coincided
with enabling the sound card.
In particular when I reboot it starts booting the new kernel, then hangs and
I need to remove power before it will work again.

I'm guessing some interrupt is not being handled and is still present when the
device reboots.  As soon as interrupts are enable it fires and has no handler
so it just locks up.  But that is just a guess.
I probably need to get early_printk working before I can find out for sure.

Also suspend often wakes immediately.  I'm guessing it is the same problem.

Reports of success and failure with this kernel would be greatly appreciated
- particular success with sound from the modem and bluetooth.
