[Gta04-owner] Error in pin layout of serial cable?

Hi,

now I found my problem: I used a gender changer because I had no
female serial plug but this one mirrored the pins from the left to the
right side. I resoldered everything and now it works.
With minicom 2.5 I get now the text Minicom2.5#���b�B�š��Ű��60** (it's
not always the same and it is not only 60).

I can access the device.
Booting from sd card fails nevertheless (tried 2 different cards, a
512MB and a 8GB one).
