[Fso] forcefeedback vibrator issue

Hello,

I'm glad there is an fso list again.

There has been an issue with the forcefeedback vibrator plugin for as 
long as I have been using it.  Playing a sound through mdbus makes the 
vibrator stop working until fsodeviced is restarted.  Playing a sound 
through other means does not break it.  Are there other troubleshooting 
steps I should take?  Does anyone know what is happening?
