[Tinkerphones] NLnet's NGI Mobifree funding theme

It looks like NLnet have a mobile-related theme for project funding 
proposals:

The deadline is 1 February 2024.

If I was still actively working on my toolchain for Android, I would 
have probably
jumped on this. Thanks to the Python core developers changing the APIs 
in one of
the standard modules in a 3.x release, I'd have to fix that breakage 
first unless
that was included in the funding proposal.

Anyway, maybe others here can benefit from the initiative.
