[Tinkerphones] Inferno on Letux 400 Minibook

The code I wrote to support simple microSD card reading on the Ben NanoNote
worked almost without modification on the Minibook.

I seem to remember that I ran into complications on the NanoNote, but perhaps
the larger screen will be useful for diagnosing them.
