[Community] GTA04 for sale?

Hi everyone,

I couldn't find any info online - are there any GTA04s available for purchase?
I'm interested in getting the Rust compiler working for the device and writing
apps for it. Otherwise, anyone have a secondhand that they want to get rid of?

Otherwise, does anyone have any vague idea when the Neo900 will be available
for purchase?
