[Community] Android app on Maemo ???

Hi all,

just a short question in connection with the Jolla topic:

Jolla is able to run Android apps.

Jolla is using Sailfish OS.

Sailfish OS is a close relative of Maemo

Sailfish OS is open source under the GPL.

Can we borrow the code that embeds the Android virtual machine in 
Sailfish and use it in the Maemo Fremantle port for the Neo900?


That might sound silly but is it possible?
