Because Christoph is missing on stage most of the time ,]


It think it's most important to be in contact with users and stick to
their problems because
1) then you know what is going up and wrong
2) most non geek people expect and need service, otherwise the phone is
redirected to any storage box
3) compared to commercial mobiles this is our plus as time is not money 
4) every qualified feedback helps to develop the tools & software
5) having cool interaction is fun for both sides

Let's concentrate on user stories!
