Hmm, sorry about that! In fact I have seen a couple of hard locks too,
but I believe they were only at the time that the modem was actually
crashing.
My guess was that the program doesn't respond well to
/dev/ttyHS_Diagnostic disappearing. Perhaps it tight loops so badly, in
that situation, as to lock up the whole phone? (Is that possible?) I
will look at investigating that further.
Immediately after a boot, however, presumably the modem isn't already
crashing, so locking up at that point must be a different problem. I'll
install your script too and see if I can understand this more.
