It is just an observation. So let's try to figure out the figures (there is no tool to do it automatically so it has to be done by 'SELECT * WHERE ...' manually).

We got 9 votes for P10 from a domain ending in '.it'.
- 5 of these did only vote for P10 (and nothing else)
- 3 with .it domain did not vote for P10 at all
- and one did vote for P10 + others
- i.e. 66% with .it did vote for P10

If we compare with e.g. '.de' domains we have
- 26 votes
- 4 for P10 i.e. 15% with .de did vote for P10
- P6 got 5 votes coming through *.anonymizer.ccc.de - this is why I made the other comment...

If we look at all 41 votes for P10, where they come from:
1 .at
1 .ca
5 .com
2 .cz
4 .de
1 .dk
1 .edu
1 .gr
6 .it	<--- this is the second largest number in total
8 .net
2 .nl
1 .pl
1 .ru
1 .sk
6 unknown (no rDNS)

And finally looking at those with 'tor' in the domain name we have
- 26 votes
- 12 thereof just vote for P6 (and nothing else)
- only 2 of them don't vote for P6

So this is just an observation (not an accusation) from which I have learned to
doubt results of online polls even more than before... This is my key learning.

But I think we should not worry too much about it. There haven't been clear
rules about double voting so the result is simply as it is.

Thanks again for your proposal, which was amongst my personal 3 favourites.

And I think at least one guy proposed to ask to use your basic design for something
else (hope he reads it here and contacts you directly).

Nikolaus
