[Om-beagle-panda-hybrid] U-Boot upgraded (BB-C version)

Hi all,
I have upgraded the openmoko-beagle u-boot to be in sync with
upstream U-Boot (git.denx.de).

Currently, it only supports the BeagleBoard-C1-4. For the
Beagleboard XM I am not sure about the support in upstream.

The PandaBoard version needs some work and soldering to have
a test platform.

I have introduced three new commands:
a) gpio - list and change GPIO values
b) mux - print Pinmux settings
c) halt - send a DEVOFF to the TPS65950
