[Gta04-owner] QtMoko v55, Navit in native language

Hi together,

Now that Radek built a new version of QtMoko and a new Version of Navit, 
one may find that Navit refuses to
use any other language than English. This is really annoying if one 
wants to use espeak for announcing.
There's nothing wrong with the Navit package . And there's nothing wrong 
with qtmoko too. There's simply
no languages base in the default image.

Just install the "locales" package to the QtMoko root filesystem 
(apt-get locales) and select your desired native
languages with (apt-config locales). After that, Navit will have native 
languages. And probably and some other
Applications too.

HINT: You may want to run apt-config locales from a ssh terminal as it 
will be pain on QtMoko Terminal to select
languages.
