If you go to http://developer.mygoldeni.com/store/uncategorized/golden-i-product/
and look up the "Technical Specs" it looks as if it already uses a TI OMAP3530 SoC...

So it appears to be ready to run QtMoko or SHR :)

But it lacks UMTS. And did you see the price?
