At the moment we just have a handful of "GTA04 complete" units left over, but they still come without USB charger. The reason is that we don't have managed (inexpensive) case production yet, though we have made much progress.

The current target audience of the GTA04 are the owners of the GTA01 and GTA02 who want to upgrade to a much better CPU and get modern UMTS.
