[Gta04-owner] GTA04 starts discharging to zero after charged

I think I am _not_ seeing this.  I keep a program running all the time
that monitors and records current, voltage, capacity, and whether
charging.  Here's the output for the last 20 minutes, when I was mostly
away having dinner:

As you can see, it doesn't show any hint of consistently discharging.
It appears to allow a little discharging (lines with #f), then the
charger kicks in again (lines with #t) to bring it back to full, and
then it cycles repeatedly like that.

(But on the other hand, it's slightly odd that there aren't more
positive discharging current numbers above... I've never noticed so many
0's before, so it's possible I'm misinterpreting the
/sys/class/power_supply/bq27000-battery/uevent numbers.)

This is with 3.2.0-gta04+.
