Can't you just do:
echo "-s 115200 /dev/ttyO0 any 3000000 flow" > /etc/bluetooth/uart
and I think "-s 115200" is the default so you don't need that....
I confess I haven't seriously tried this but from my brief reading it seems
to make sense.
