Cool!

I have looked into

	opengles-sgx-omap3_3.01.00.07-0ubuntu2_armel.deb

and it contains the user-space libraries and runtime. It
should be compatible to the kernel drivers (which are not
part of the ubuntu packages) because it contains the
release version 1.2.1 (OMAP3530) and 1.2.5 (DM3730).

So it could be sufficient to install this .deb

If not, the "sources", i.e. the libs and binaries used to build
the deb package are also available and we can repack
it to our needs:

	opengles-sgx-omap3_3.01.00.07-0ubuntu2.tar.gz
